Morgan has more than a decade of experience in software engineering and technical consulting and brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of information technology to his role as CEO of Saga. Morgan has a passion for leveraging innovative healthcare technologies to address complex business requirements and he has been called upon several times to support client testimony before the United States Congress.

Morgan works collaboratively with Saga clients to build practical, functional solutions with intuitive UI’s to ensure a high degree of end user adoption. Most recently, Morgan led projects for the National Institutes of Health, the State and Local Implementation Grant Program (SLIGP), and the Army Publishing Directorate (APD).

Before Morgan co-founded Saga, he served as VP of technology at Live Elements and as a Senior Consultant at Booz, Allen Hamilton.

Jesse has over 20 years of software engineering experience across a variety of platforms, languages and technologies. He has served as a technical architect, a technical team lead, and as a full stack software engineer capable of building, testing, and maintaining complex systems.

Jesse has extensive experience in healthcare data integration (HL7, FHIR, OMOP), enterprise content management (Liferay, Sharepoint, custom publishing tooling), cloud infrastructure, and custom web/mobile application development.

Prior to co-founding Saga, Jesse served as President of JCodeLabs and as co-founder and CTO of Live Elements, an online community platform company that was acquired by SusQtech in 2010.
