Yes. Message parsing, validation, and formatting happen entirely in your browser, and your messages are never uploaded. When terminology validation is enabled (the default), individual vocabulary codes from coded fields are sent to the terminology server as lookup queries — you can turn that off, or enable offline mode for fully air-gapped usage. PHI masking features let you redact or anonymize sensitive fields.
