Dental Findings

This profile is used to convey point-in-time oral findings including findings of an odontogram, periodontal assessment, tooth-specific measurement, intraoral or extraoral soft tissue exam, TMJ, TMD, or occlusion assessment. As multiple tooth surfaces, tooth numbers, and oral cavity areas may be applicable for a single observation, yet only a single Observation.bodySite is allowed, see SNOMED CT Composition Grammar Syntax for correct use of post-coordinated concepts.
