An observation that categorizes an existing observation of a disease, symptom or condition. Usage Note: The act being categorized should be an observation of a disease, symptom or condition; the categorizing act should be an observation of the category of that disease, symptom or condition, and the relationship between the two acts should be a "has generalization" relationship.
