SecurityControlObservationValue

Security observation values used to indicate security control metadata. Examples: Codes conveying dissemination controls, handling caveats, purpose of use, and obligations to which an IT resource custodian or receiver must comply. Usage Note: SecurityControlObservationValue codes are members of a security label "tag set" used to populate or "tag" a security label field named by the associated SecurityControlObservationType code. \[FIPS 188\]
