How to Search
Navigate to Terminology
Open the Terminology page from the sidebar or navigate directly to /terminology.
Enter a Search Term
Type a code (e.g., "8480-6"), concept name (e.g., "systolic blood pressure"), or keyword. Results appear as you type.
Filter by Vocabulary
Use the vocabulary filter to narrow results to a specific coding system like LOINC, SNOMED CT, or ICD-10-CM.
Review and Copy Results
Each result shows the code and display name. SNOMED results also include the fully specified name, and RxNorm results the term type (TTY). Use the copy button to copy a code, or follow the source link in each card's header (e.g. loinc.org, RxNav, the SNOMED browser) to open the full concept record in the vocabulary's official browser.

Search supports prefix matching on codes and full-text search on concept names. Enter an exact code for a direct lookup, or a keyword for broader results.
