A structured text field?
Is of data type CE, but refers to three different tables according to the value of
LCH-4. Therefor a special data structure is defined to maintain a reference that these tables are used.
According to other data types this component should also have a second sub-component
"last name prefix"
Use "?" in the left column as wildcard for any other segment
