The codes for this field should be taken from ASTM Table 15 (Diagnostic Service Codes). Free text may be used instead of these codes, but in that case, they should be recorded as the second "component" of the field to distinguish them from the standard codes. Multiple codes in this field are separated by repeat delimiters.
