Patient Root Query/Retrieve Information Model - MOVE

A SOP (Service-Object Pair) Class pairs an Information Object Definition (IOD) with a DIMSE service. In practice it's what two DICOM nodes negotiate when they associate — "I want to send you Patient Root Query/Retrieve Information Model - MOVE, are you willing to store it?"

This SOP Class is part of the current DICOM Standard. Its UID identifier is stable and can be referenced in Conformance Statements, SCP/SCU implementations, DICOMweb endpoints (as the SOPClassUID attribute), and Mirth Connect routing conditions.
