Definition

Body thickness in mm at examination location perpendicular to the table top for this Series. This is intended for estimation of the thickness of the patient at the tabletop, not for precise calculation of the size of the object in the X-Ray beam (see Calculated Anatomy Thickness (0018,9452)). For example, used to estimate the value range of the Distance Object to Table Top (0018,9403).
